Pelosi Can’t Explain Far-Left “Attitude Of Lawlessness”

It’s actually quite amazing the way in which high-ranking liberals are able to get away with some of the things they say while Trump and Republicans in general must walk on egg shells as to not offend some Fake News journalist.

Not that Trump walks on egg shells around any journalist, but we digress…

Speaking at her weekly press conference, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, one of the leaders of a party whose members have called for defunding the police or no more policing responded to a question about the rampant crime plaguing her native San Francisco by stating, “There is an attitude of lawlessness in our country that springs from I don’t know where.”

A reporter asked, “The mayor of San Francisco, London Breed, expressed concern about crime, said, ‘It’s time for the reign of criminals to end.’ What do you think about some of this crime, specifically in San Francisco — ‘snatch and grabs’ — and also, generally, is there some sort of a federal response? I mean, we’ve passed crime bills here before; there’s something — looking at some of these problems.”

There was absolutely nothing informative about her response.

Pelosi droned on about this or that bill that the House radicals are negotiating on, including the so-called CHIPS bill, which supposedly address the supply chain crisis.

Meanwhile, the criminals responsible for the widespread retail smash-and-grab thefts do so in cities where Democrats occupy all positions of power?

Because where liberalism exists, chaos and devastation abounds.

This is simply due to the fact that in an effort to remain “fair, woke, and equitable,” progressives have imposed insane bail reform that allows high level criminals to walk from prison either unscathed or for a small fee.

Violent rapists, illegal immigrants, and full-blown murderers have been lucky recipients of progressive bail reform, a cause Kamala Harris herself donated money toward last summer when the country was under siege by Black Lives Matter.

Meanwhile, Nancy continued, much to everyone’s chagrin, but here are some of the more notable blips from her response:

  • “Because what people do is they steal things and sell them online,” she surmised. .
  • “The Judiciary Committee has a bill, Safe Shopping, it addresses the same problem in a little bit of a different way in terms of holding platforms accountable and those selling things for the provenance of those goods.”
  • “We’re working with the Senate to pass that legislation.”

All typical politician obfuscated answers to get reports off your back.
